Heritage Park is a small pocket park located between the City Hall and new Community Center on the hill across the street. The park is on an axis with City Hall and provides a shaded seating area for employees of the City to eat lunch. It is also planned to be a spring and summer wedding venue. Thrasher Park is a Norcross historical green space loved by all Norcross residents. SEI was charged with the rehabilitation of the existing park and to remove an under utilized tennis court in the center and to doube the useable play space. SEI was selected to team with the architect for design and contract administration of a 4.2 million dollar project. SEI is providing surveying, 3D Scanning, planning, landscape architecture and engineering in support of site redevelopment activities at the Monastery. The work involves renovation and new construction over a substantial portion of the Monastery Campus called the “Gathering Area”.
