Due to recent progression of COVID-19, the City of Cartersville will be changing the format of the Informal Public Forum to be hosted online. Beginning Monday, April 13, 2020, at www.seengineering.com/tap/0016628/, the City of Cartersville and Southeastern Engineering, Inc. will hold an Online Informal Public Form concerning GDOT Project P.I. No 0016628 in City of Cartersville, Bartow County.

P.I. No 0016628, in City of Cartersville, Bartow County, proposes to provide curb & gutter on both sides of Grassdale Road and a 5’ concrete sidewalk on the east side of Grassdale Rd from Cassville Rd (SR 293) to Joe Frank Harris Pkwy (US 41). The current lane configurations will be maintained. Longitudinal drainage will be added on both sides of Grassdale Rd with each drainage outfall carefully being considered.

The purpose of this Informal Public Forum is to provide the public with an opportunity to view the proposed project, ask questions and provide comments on the proposal.

The Online Public Forum will be conducted between Monday, April 13, 2020 and Friday, April 24, 2020. Links will be provided at the website above which contain the project layout, as well as an informational handout. Located on the website will also be a form for submitting questions or comments. Questions will be responded to within 2 weeks following the end of the Online Forum.

In addition to the online form, written statements will be accepted concerning this project until May 1, 2020. Written statements may be submitted to:
