At SEI, our staff takes a holistic approach to design. We involve the entire team in the process to get the best result possible. Landscape Architects at SEI play a pivotal role in this process. Where other firms treat required landscape plans simply as necessary steps in the permit process, at SEI we do our best to produce plans that will not only meet minimum requirements but will also be economically and aesthetically desirable.

Our Landscape Architects are a creative group, capable of producing a wide variety of detailed plans. Our experience in traditional landscaping includes most facets of residential, public and commercial development. Furthermore, the landscape staff of SEI has a commanding understanding of “what things really cost”. Through regular efforts to ensure our estimating tools are up to date, we can guarantee accurate cost estimates and plans that actually meet budgets.

Landscape Architects at SEI produce designs that are highly detailed, thorough, creative, and sustainable. We specify only plants and furnishings that are suitable and adapted to the environment for which they were selected. Our design philosophy is focused on the “common sense” approach. While we tend to design for sustainability and functionality over making an impression, we have been known to show our creativity when requested.
